Hotel Don Curro, under its privacy policy, wishes to inform its clients of the following. Hotel Don Curro, with the intention of rendering those services offered via www.hoteldoncurro.com, and also offering personalised products and services, improving commercial relations, and carry out clients requests, will treat their personal details in an automised fashion, with the objectives specified hereunder. Hotel Don Curro guarantees that such records are completely its responsibility, and that it is duly declared and inscribed in the general register of the Agency for the Protection of Data. A1) Booking Forms ( On Line Booking )
According to the LPD, a record of personal details is created, with deatils required for bookings and Communications with clients. Hotel Don Curro guarantees the adoption of suitable measures to ensure confidencial treatment of such data.Clients who do not agree to this treatment may contact the address given above.
B) Use of Cookies
Cookies are very small text files which may be stored on the hard disc with information about the user, and may be read only by the website which sent them to the computer. Usually, websites use them to obtain statistical information, and analyse clients behaviour with the sole aim of improving contents and design to adapt them to clients preferences. You may adapt your navigator to accept or not the cookies you receive or to be informed when a server wishes to store a cookie.
Contracting procedure
Through the on-line booking forms, contracts are formalised, subject to the availaiblity of different services. At the end of the process, the corresponding data are filed, and the user may print or store them.
Any modification to a booking made or correction of errors in the data introduced , should be carried out via e-mail to

Guarantees
Bookings should be guaranteed with a credit card.
Cancellations
These should be made by telephone to Hotel Don Curro 952-22-72-00 or by e-mail to
reservas@hoteldoncurro.com
If a booking is not cancelled by 6 p.m. and the client does not show up, the hotel will charge the amount for the first night to the credit card number provided.
Clients may checkin from 12 noon and checkout by 12 noon.
Suplementary beds for a third person or children are available on request.
There is no charge for children up to the age of twelve sharing a room with two adults, on request and according to availability.
The extra bed is guaranteed by the hotel via e-mail within 24 hours. It must be requested on the booking form.
Animals are not admitted.
The guest has been duly informed and consents to the inclusión of their personal details in personal details file of HERMANOS ALARCON, S.A.
